Processing & Shipping Policy
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES:
While we work diligently to prepare your handmade goodies, please allow us up to 7-14 business days for the processing of your order before it is shipped; even when selecting expedited shipping. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Our processing times are based off of the current amount of orders we have in our queue. We currently have a high volume of orders in our queue due to a growing demand for our products. Also, please note that most of our products are made to order to ensure their freshness. DISCLAIMER: Processing times can be extended.
Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update in the system. Average USPS delivery times are 3-5 business days for domestic packages. This number could increase due to postal service delays. Once your package has been shipped, Glaze-ish LLC is no longer responsible for it. It is now the USPS's responsibility to get your package delivered to you. If you notice that your package has been marked as delivered, but you have not actually received it, please allow 1-2 business days for it to appear. It is very common for the package to show up the next day. If you have any issues (i.e. lost or stolen packages) please contact USPS directly. They will be able to further assist you.
Please ensure that you input the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If your package is returned back to us due to you putting the wrong shipping address, you will be asked to pay another shipping fee to have the package redelivered to you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
Glaze-ish LLC does ship internationally. We ship all international packages using USPS First Class Mail International (7-21 business days). Also, remember that it is the customer's sole responsibility to pay all custom fees and charges. Glaze-ish LLC will not cover these fees. If you do not pay the custom fees, your order will be shipped back to us. Once we will receive your package back, we will access the condition of the package and initiate a full refund minus shipping charges, if the package is in good condition.
Tracking numbers will be updated up to 48hrs after your order has been shipped. If you have any issues with your tracking number, please email us at Support@glazeish.com.
Our Whipped Body Glazes are all-natural; likewise, they stand the chance of melting during transit thru warmer climates. If your product does melt or get soft, don't worry! A melted product is not a bad product... We promise.
Leave your product at room temperature for a couple hours or pop it in the fridge or freezer for a bit and it'll go back to solid. It may look a little different, but it will still be the same super nourishing glaze. It will still go on easily, sink in quickly and leave your skin feeling and smelling amazing. However, if you still desire a whipped consistency, you can re-whip your product by mixing it with a standard kitchen mixer (like those used for mixing cake batter or whipping cream) at a high speed setting for 5-10 minutes. When the mixture starts to increase in volume, you're good to go! Just spoon it back into your jar and viola! Enjoy!
