I just placed an order, when will it ship?
All of our orders adhere to a 3-7 business day processing time frame before it is shipped. Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 4 business days please email us at Support@glazeish.com.
Is my order refundable?
Due to the nature of our products, we don't accept any returns/refunds. Also, we are not responsible for any products that melt during transit. Please refer to our shipping policy to see how to solidify melted products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at Support@glazeish.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Are Body Glazes and Whipped Soaps prone to melting during transit?
Yes! Glaze-ish is not responsible for any melted shipments. Please know that whipped body butters and foaming scrubs are very delicate stand the chance of melting when exposed to warm temperatures. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. Please refrain from leaving delivered packages in mailboxes or on porches during warmer weather. If possible, have your package delivered to an address where you'll be available for delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation. After the 24 hour cancellation period has ended, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please email us at Support@glazeish.com in the event you need to request an order cancellation.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
Please ensure that you enter the correct address information during checkout. If you happen to enter in the incorrect address, please contact us within one hour after placing the order and we will try our best to assist you. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to assist you.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary. During normal operating times, the USPS typically delivers packages within 2-4 business days. This timeframe could increase during the busy holiday season.
